Harry Plotkin is a nationally renowned jury consultant and founder of Your Next Jury, and a leading voice in jury decision-making, psychology, and persuasion. Working exclusively for plaintiffs, he has helped shape the outcome of more than one thousand trials in nearly every state.

He has helped win some of the largest verdicts in personal injury, employment, and civil rights cases, including 32 verdicts over $10 million and 7 verdicts over $100 million since 2021. Recent results include a $241 million wrongful death verdict in Edwardsville, Illinois, a $50 million verdict against Starbucks in Los Angeles, and a $42.75 million wrongful death verdict in federal court in Louisiana.
